This basic computer skills course will allow you to gain an understanding of the most popular, current technologies used at home and in the workplace. You will become computer literate in this hands-on course while you learn to access, save, and manage documents, spreadsheets and email and use the internet effectively.
This workshop is designed to help individuals learn more about travelling through grief, loss and trauma in the most empowering way possible, for ourselves and others, that we want to help in our lives.
A workshop designed to transport the participant from learning about themselves to those around them in the work place – and the interpersonal skills to work with and succeed in both areas. From introspection to dynamic team work, teach workplace behavior skills and etiquette in an engaging way. This workshops has a strong team building element, with self-care in a post-pandemic world.
Who doesn’t need a little help along the way. Becoming Emotionally Healthy focuses on empowering people and helping them to reflect and discover themselves while gaining a better understanding of who they are.
You will learn more about emotions, self-regulation, and anger management so that you can have more meaningful, long-lasting and healthy bonds with others, as well as with yourself.
