This wellness-focused workshop invites participants to explore important mental health topics through open discussion and reflection. Alongside these conversations, participants will engage in a relaxing, hands-on activity by creating their own spa kits using simple, soothing recipes. The workshop offers a supportive space to promote self-care, reduce stress, and encourage overall well-being.

Humans are social beings and need to have healthy, close relationships with others. Healthy relationships with others requires us to be stable within ourselves. You will learn more about emotions, self-regulation, and anger management so that you can have more meaningful, long-lasting and healthy bonds with others, as well as with yourself.

Grief, Loss, and the Path to Healing

This compassionate workshop offers a safe space to explore the experiences of grief, loss, and the journey toward healing. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and shared stories, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how grief affects themselves and others. They will also learn practical tools and strategies to support emotional healing, build resilience, and navigate grief with greater awareness and care.
NAVIGATING RELATIONSHIPS

As human beings we are hardwired to be involved in relationships. It is rare that we challenge ourselves to fully see our relationships from a greater perspective. Everybody wants the perfect relationship; however, this does not come easily. This workshop will give you the valuable tools necessary to create and maintain positive relationships. We have created a safe, interactive, exciting environment for you to gain valuable information and skills that will help you navigate all aspects of the relationship in your life.
